Together, you and Dr. Sorge will develop a personalized treatment plan based on your facial anatomy, areas of concern, and desired outcome.
Our Policies
Photo Policy
All patients are required to consent to baseline photographs before treatment. Photographs become part of your confidential medical record and are used to document treatment progress. Images will never be used for advertising or marketing purposes without your explicit written permission.
Procedure Policy
Before every procedure, patients participate in a detailed informed consent discussion that includes the risks, benefits, expected outcomes, and available alternatives. All questions are addressed before treatment, and informed consent is obtained prior to each procedure.
Payment Policy
We provide transparent, fixed pricing for all services. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, major credit cards, Zelle, and Venmo. Checks, money orders, and payment plans are not accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Missed appointments or cancellations made within less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Patient Policy
Face to Face Aesthetics reserves the right to decline treatment to any existing or prospective patient.
